1. Only problem is you can be waiting a long time for a pick up.

3. He simply put that it was not his problem:( We tried to go around a different way only to find ourselves blocked again, different officer, same attitude.

The hotel is not in Downtown Atlanta, but just outside of downtown Atlanta, The hotel has a complimentary shuttle bus, if you are going somewhere in a 3 mile radius, so there was not a problem, getting to all the downtown attractions, The shuttle runs every 30 minutes, until 10:30 pm, and the shuttle bus drivers were very nice and helpful.

6. I called the day before arrival and explained that we would be in Atlanta by 9 am, and if we could check in early, they stated , it was not a problem if rooms were available.

10. It became apparent as I walked own the hall (mind you, this is a 'priority club' floor) that most of the rooms had the same problem.
