1. The one time I had a problem (a broken bed frame), it was handled of immediately.

8. We ended up sleeping one night on the natress and box springs on the floor, because they didn't have another bed frame to replace the one that was broken before we got their - Apparently the cleaning staff had make the bed - and had to know it was broken.
