4. other than that, they don't charge you for the room when you 'reserve' the room in advance, they charge you $15 per night to park your car YOURSELF, the elevator wait is VERY LONG, the noise level is loud all night long, the cleaning lady knocked on the door way before check out time, and the alarm was set for 5:30am and woke us up.

7. Downside - The ceiling had stains, my bathroom sink pipes made loud crackling noises with each use and the surrounding neighborhood was very suspect.
