The toilet ran all night long and was nearly impossible to flush as it had one of those push button flushers on the side, the lid to the toilet was not the original as it never sat on top right and kept falling off when we put the lid up and the tub was painted and paint was peeling off in large sections.

7. I saw first hand the peeling wallpaper and old delapitated appliances, rusty refrigerators, AC filters that look as if they haven't been changed in decades(that is not an exageration), mold in the showers, old shampoo marks in the shower.

8. Fortunately, my wife and I were able to experience both that of a somewhat decent livable room to that of a molding, don't take your shoes off, shampoo stained shower, paint peeling toilet seat of a room.
