1. We stayed just one night and at the begining we didn't like the service because the girl at the concierge was a little rude, but with some jokes she got softer.

2. Not only would this man not allow me to call my husband from the front desk phone, but when my husband began calling the hotel repeatedly, asking to speak to me (I was standing right there) the man informed my husband he would not be allowed to speak to me because I was acting rude.
