1. The place was very nice except for the following three problems: 1) The staff were EXTREMELY rude to all guests who were non-hispanic.

This hotel gets very bad reviews and very good ones, I would like to say that the hotel is a classic art deco old building and what you can expect from hotels in south beach, I went with my wife for five nights and we did not have any problems, everything was great and the hotel has an excellent location.

4. I get the key to the new room (not accessible by elevator, which is a problem for me) and go back up to walk into ----- a completely and totally flooded room, with pieces of the ceiling falling off.
