3. The rooms have outdated furnishings, which would be fine for the price, but the thing that made the experience bad was that the carpet in the room smelled like urine.

4. All in all, it wasn't that bad and it was one of the least expensive hotels in South Beach although I feel it wasn't really worth eighty per night after all taxes and fees were added in.

This hotel gets very bad reviews and very good ones, I would like to say that the hotel is a classic art deco old building and what you can expect from hotels in south beach, I went with my wife for five nights and we did not have any problems, everything was great and the hotel has an excellent location.

7. They have limited parking spaces there which is good not many other hotels have parking but the bad thing is you have to pay a fee everyday & it's first come first serve.
