1. It was unfortunate that when we were there the hotel lobby was in the process of updating, but the staff was more than accommodating and pleasant.

2. Another bonus for us was that the hotel does have a shuttle service that takes guests to the airport if they need to get a ride, unfortunately there wasn't a shuttle service at the time we needed one but the woman at the concierge desk was very happy to reserve a private car for us.
