1. I especially appreicated that the front desk asked if I prefered my room at the front or back of the hotel away from potential street noise.

8. Rooms are small but the beds are very comfortable, the windows actually open, and there are dark shades to block noise and light.

9. Also had the pleasure of listening to music from the room next door until 2am--who really needs sleep during a business trip? I called the front desk to complain about the music and a constant crackling noise in the wall (went on all night)--nothing they could do to help me out, the hotel was sold out.
