2. Our main complaint about this hotel is that the TV can be programmed like an alarm clock to turn itself on in the morning, and we didn't realize that the TV in our room had been set.

4. My one complaint would be that the walls are not soundproof at all so when the housekeepers are chatting in the hallways as they work you can hear everything.
