1. One quibble - the faucet in the sink was overly touchy and you can't avoid spraying the countertop no matter how slowly the water is running.

2. Not right at Times Square which we avoid but close to Broadway Ave, Canal Street, the Hudson river and in Walking distance of Greenwich village.
