1. Overall I had a good experience, and nothing went wrong during my stay (other than inability to use my Iphone) but if I were to do this over again, I would probably try to find a better deal.

5. The only things I could find wrong were very minor flaws like some of the public spaces are in need of renovation and the shower in the room could have been better quality.

7. Very very helpful in every way, the TV had some funky button thing wrong, they sent a technician that was professional, courteous and got the job done.
