2. We paid over $300 per night and when we complained about the noise and construction and problems with the room, all they said was 'sorry' we wanted to extend our stay but they were not even prepared to offer us a better rate so we moved to another hotel.

5. Like one of the other reviewers we complained to Charles Foster and he did his very best but really he has no control over the housekeeping who seem on a planet of their own.

7. You can get a great room rate if you just do some searching and not everyone is entitled to 'free' stuff just because you complain about something.

8. The next morning in Boston, one of my friends complained to the front desk (who on the phone sounded like teenagers who didn't care) and eventually asked for and receieved some free breakfast vouchers but no apology from the manager or anything like that.
