1. The rudely clerk responded it was posted on the Hyatt website; I then told her I had booked through Expedia, and she said it was posted on their site also.

3. Cons: starting to feel outdated, confusing entrance, very tall lumpy uncomfortable bed, heavy lumpy pillows, nickel and dime everything (sensor operated fridge which doesn't even refrigerate, gratuity automatically added to room service, no free wifi), useless cleaning staff (they swept crumbs under the ottoman), not enough water pressure, the gym is so far that you get your workout just getting there and back, very rude impolite staff (arrogant, and supervisors just as bad).

6. corner room at hyatt is not a room in the corner of hotel w/ two sides of glass like all other hotels nope but they charge extra anyway ,omg when we called ft desk to tell them of mistake we were told oh no thats our corner room sorry anything else we can help you with rude and short told us we made a mistake staying here.

8. If you call to get a fridge, (which they mention they will happily provide if you don't want the overpriced food) you will not only get a rude operator, you will incur a 25 dollar a night fee for the right to not drink the 4 dollar pepsi cans.
