1. The other two know that this place is not the Carlton, so they act like rude workers, very unhappy with their jobs.

3. Doors that been jimmied ,to deadlock a door you had to jiggle the door to get it to engage, filthy marks everywhere you looked ,green alge pool, ciggarette burn on tv in non smoking room,rubbish in lifts and outside corridors,stained bedlinen, rude staff who couldnt care less, do not I repeat DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE.

5. at check in behind another family, it took over 20 min to check them in, and Jennifer the worker took off 30$ per day for having to wait, I was next, asked about a discount for having to wait also just was ignored very rude staff,room door did not close tightly, bathroom door didnt close at all, air conditiioner did not work, hot tub did not work, nothing near by and the walk uphill to attractions is quite a distance.
