2. If you have/had a reservation at this hotel after 8/16/2010 please take the time to make a formal complaint to Wyndham at their corporate site so they understand the way this situation was handled is not acceptable.

3. As for the staff (after reading previous complaints about the staff here) - ALL of the staff were very pleasant and polite and helpful to me.

8. The only complaints I would have is that you have to call and get a fridge/microwave, the air was not working(it wasn't hot, but I like to cool my room off), and $15 per night to park was a bit much.

10. My chief complaint is that we were traveling with our baby daughter and had asked ahead of time if we could have a crib, microwave and fridge in our room.
