1. Staff were pleasant but the cleaning staff started on our floor at around 8am (which was unwanted given we weren't in bed till after 1am and were tired already) and talked extremely loudly for hours in the hallway.

2. Fridge and air con are so loud you need to turn them both off to sleep and if you're staying in a room that looks over the lobby roof, the boiler will keep you up all night.
