1. The only downside is that the restaurant is only open during mealtimes and there are no other restaurant options in walking distance, so if you want to eat off-hours and you don't have a car, you're out of luck.

On the downside, you can hear your neighbors quite clearly, the Albany Correctional Facility is only a few hundred yards from the hotel, the space planning in the room is poor, especially in the bathroom where there is only a stand-in shower and no tub, with no place to put your shampoo/conditioner/razor/etc.
