3. The only negative is that the free breakfast is pretty poor, but for the difference in price one can get a really good breakfast at a nice place that's a five-minute walk away, and have a lot of that price difference left over.

6. Our visit started badly with the astounding rudeness of the lady at reception (a frequent complaint by other reviewers) - no greeting or eye contact or any basic customer service skills - so I was quite negative from the beginning.

7. The only negative we could say are the lack of a computer for guests to use and that perhaps the reception staff could have been a little more enthused, though they were certainly efficient but you just didn't get that warm feeling that you get after having engaged in conversation with someone.
