1. i explained this when telephoning the hotel the ladys attitude on the front desk was appaling basically saying that there system didnot make bookings that far in advance & that there was no room booked for us as this was a mistake i told her that i appreciated this and that i did have my confirmation agreement stating the booking i was told that the manager would not accept this and i could do want i wanted legally as i wouldnot be getting a room, she twice put me on hold half way through the conversation to answer other calls and was totally rude , i would like a response to my complaint from the managment team of this hotel as it is a good job that i called previous to our stay to try & resolve the matter obviousley i have now rebooked accomadation at another hotel as i wouldnot have liked to find myself in a situation on my arrival with such appaling customer service.
