3. There was a leak in the elevator well that caused an intense (possibly dangerous) mold odor in the lobby and the elevator to the extent that people had to hold their breath in the elevator for fear of allergic reaction.

Apparently there was a problem with a pipe leaking down the elevator shaft because when using the elevator not only would one have to cover their nose and mouth to rid the strong smell but the noise of the pip leaking sounded like a waterfall? The Management said that this has been a problem? Anyways the put a lot of different cleaners and odor eliminators in the elevator but it just made it even worse because then it smelled like human waste mixed with toilet bowl cleaners.
