1. I Would never return to this hotel the water was shut down for half my stay and once the water was turned back on the water was filthy brown.

2. The carpets were filthy, but they were in the process of cleaning them.

This is not a 3 Star property - dirty linens stacked in the hallway, TV Remote didn't work, bedside lamp missing completely from nightstand, no local phonebook, clothes iron chained to the ironing board, hat shelf in closet filthy, shower curtain a foot too long for tub, tub faucet handle falling off, etc, etc.
