You do not feel is a Hyatt, you feel it was a Holiday Inn, I dint like the quality, the sheets were worst that a newspaper, the restaurants too expensive for the kind of food they serve, and If you go to elegant restaurant over there at 9:55, do not be surprise if they close your door in your nose.

You do not feel is a Hyatt, you feel it was a Holiday Inn, I dint like the quality, the sheets were worst that a newspaper, the restaurants too expensive for the kind of food they serve, and If you go to elegant restaurant over there at 9:55, do not be surprise if they close your door in your nose.

8. worst of all, the bathrooms did not look clean at all - water spots everywhere in the shower, dirty floors and tile grout, and scratched up floors.
