1. There were few other people in the hotel on my first day; that changed on the second day when a single group of 450 people checked-in but there were no logistical problems as the result (although there were more cars in the parking structure, but still not a problem).

2. In this case, I felt taken care of to a remarkable degree, without being made to feel like it was a problem when I had a minor complaint.

3. problem with my lunch and was dealt with extremely well by manager who was contacted by staff without my having made any request in that respect.

4. Not a problem for most but if you are not up to walking a whole lot after a day of traveling ask the front desk for a room closer to the elevators.

7. The only problem we encountered was the with the manager in charge of the parkade, our card did not work when we tried to exit, and the customer service on the camera was at the best description rude and unhelpful.
