1. In this case, I felt taken care of to a remarkable degree, without being made to feel like it was a problem when I had a minor complaint.

5. Gym was good staff were friendly, my only complaint is was do these hotels charge so much for internet usage, for travelers this is there contact back, and to make travel arrangements, but overall this is a great hotel.
