1. I finally had to complain to their management to get any action.

2. The hotel does not care for customers when we complained to the front desk about it they said they will think about it, are you kidding me??? They advertise this hotel as a 4 star but in my openion Motel 6 is cleaner and more comfortable stay.

9. To make matters worse, when I went to the concierge desk to complain, I was told there was absolutely nothing that could be done because we had reserved our rooms in a block and could not be transferred to the main hotel even though there were plenty of rooms.
