3. Once we arrived we found out that we had to go to a 2 hour breakfast or lunch at another hotel to get the discounts and some of our party were treated very rudely when trying to purchase the tickets without doing this because we didn't have the time.

7. CONS1) Customer service is pretty much non-existent and the night staff is openly rude (3 different night desk clerks and 1 night security guard)2) First room air/heater broke within 30 minutes of arrival.

9. There were soccer teams at the hotel on Memorial Day weekend and they were playing soccer in the halls and generally being disruptive and rude, but that is what happens when hotels book out to sport teams.
