1. when our family went in oct/nov 2008 we had no hotel problems at all.

2. As others have mentioned, the pool is open 24hrs a day which could have been a problem for us as our room overlooked the pool.

5. Never had a problem at all and this hotel will be my 1st choice of hotel when I travel to Kissimmee again.

6. I was given a room in 6th floor, so I had no delay problems with elevator because it goes from top to bottom, so guests in 7th and 6th floor get always an empty elevator.

8. Only real problem we have had is with the shuttle bus from the hotel to the theme parks, that also calls in to a few other hotels on the way ( I know this is not the hotels fault.
