4. I have previously stayed at the Sagamore (cold, anemic, terrible staff), and the Delano, and thought i might try the Raleigh, as I have been a guest at Balaz's other hotels in New York and LA.

7. Really poorly made sugary mojitos in the bar (note to Bartenders: this is MIAMI), for terribly high prices (I think it was $15), a totally boring wine list, equally boring menu, and no bar snacks.
