4. the check out was dreadful with bad attitude when we said we didnt have a car and didnt want to pay the extra $70 for a parking space .

8. The whole 15 - 18 % tip added to each bill is ridiculous and on top of that get bad customer service.

10. We received a confirmation, but upon check-in were given (not informed) a City View room, with a bad view and uncomfortable configuration, since it was a handicapped accessible room.
