1. Super comfortable beds - the rooms aren't spacious - but wasn't a problem in any way.

6. So my advice is if you have any problems with the hotel or billing make sure that you have it corrected while you are still staying at the hotel as they are not concerned with customer service once you leave the property.

7. Here are my problems with the place: the lifts are crazy dark, the maids were very hit and miss how they tidied and turned down the beds each night (sometimes they would put my PJs under my pillow, sometimes leave them tossed and crumpled on the couch.
