1. In spite of the negatives mentioned above I would stay there again on a future trip as the postives outweighed the negatives for me.

2. Now that the negatives are out of the way - even with the hidden fees the price is still reasonable, the room was clean with nice linens and the bed was comfortable, The staff was friendly and the location was convenient.
