1. only complaint is that cleaning service was too early (before 11am) for us to get the room cleaned, but there was a housekeeper that passed later in the evening to exchange our towels.

2. I do have a complaint though, when we approached the front desk on our first evening to ask about the nightclub passes that were supposed to be offered with our $10 (per night) fee, we were looked at with a blank face as if we were speaking another language.
