1. Several things were wrong- sheets were a little dirty, cold shower, phone wasn't working- but when we complained nicely, all was fixed pretty fast and we even got upgraded to a 'suite'.

5. When you are on vacation, even if you book through the discounted sites, read the reviews on that hotel first, and if you see LOADS of people complaining - call the site you booked from and speak to a manager/supervisor and tell them you do not want that hotel because of the HORRIBLE reviews on the hotel.

6. We had to complain downstairs and they sent an employee to our room so he can confirm that there is construction going on.
