1. The free breakfast our friends got was a huge ordeal of wrong orders, no coffee, no silverware, and way too long of a wait just to order a drink.

3. By the third call, the service desk said 'You didn't get that yet?' She transferred me to the manager who said I was told wrong, that all the cribs were gone and unless it is in my room, its not 'mine.

6. Our room was smoke-smell free by the second day, so it seemed like a small complaint compared to some of the other things that can go (and have gone) wrong (broken plumbing, flat tires, hidden charges, awol staff, etc.

9. This locaton really can't be beat, I have stayed at the Peabody in the past, which is a great hotel, don't get me wrong, but the Crowne has MUCH easier access and parking, and no chaos in the lobby, it was a great experience.
