1. This room was so small, they had all the chairs scrunched all together which were all either broken or lopsided and completely stained all over.

6. At one point we couldn't get our coffee pot to work correctly, that's when 'Mack' came to the room and not only did he tell us the pot was 'broken' he replaced the coffee pot and then MADE us the coffee so that we could see it did work.

7. The toilet was broken, the beds never got made until the evening, They didn't give enough towels(had to keep asking for more) They didn't honor their special for appetizers at half price from 2-4, We couldn't get room service for breakfast as they did not have enough staff to take our order,they gave us a $200.

8. Slightly annoyed that the door adjoining my room to the adjacent one was partially broken and did not lock properly, I just had to make sure the security bar was pushed across (the adjoining room was not occupied by anyone in my party).

9. Our room was smoke-smell free by the second day, so it seemed like a small complaint compared to some of the other things that can go (and have gone) wrong (broken plumbing, flat tires, hidden charges, awol staff, etc.
