3. Slightly annoyed that the door adjoining my room to the adjacent one was partially broken and did not lock properly, I just had to make sure the security bar was pushed across (the adjoining room was not occupied by anyone in my party).

4. Nice flat screen TV, but most of the channels were fuzzy and had a lot of static noise which was annoying.

5. (9) one of the front doors appeared to be broken and stuck on the "open" position -(10) walking around the bldg perimeter, there is a sense of raindrops falling - I assume it's from the a/c units on the top of the bldg, but it could be annoying.
