2. other than that its convenient for maui activities-going up the volcano and hana drive but I would never advise anyone stay there again unless you really can't afford anywhere else-I only used it as a base and was out all day seeing the sites however it wasn't even a good place to sleep as uncomfortable, ant ridden and noisy.

3. It is not a dirty hotel but the location is not ideal if you do not have a car and the ac didn't work so I was up all night in the very uncomfortable bed.
