5. We (unfortunately) had only 1 night in this great hotel but I can say we went back for the Expedia on-site services and the wonderful "Spices" restaurant.

8. We were initially excited about our balcony, but unfortunately it was located above the air conditioners (we were on the second floor) so we didn't even venture out there, it would have been too loud to even hear each other speak.
