5. Very comfortable beds (we are uber picky), and my only complaint was the loud air conditioner.

8. A complaint at the front desk was met with a 'what do you want wifi for anyway' attitude and whilst we were offered a level 1 room we declined as they were near the meeting rooms ( which other reviewers have had problems with) and some were below ground level.
