1. Okay, it typically goes until 9:00PM, but still, I come on vacation to relax, not to get stressed out by loud music events next door.

5. The construction noise starts at 7am, with hammering, it gets very loud at 8am with heavy trucks beep-beeping all day long, except for lunch break, noon to 1.

9. Bottom line: unless you can be assured of a molokai tower, ocean facing room when you book, AVOID visiting this place for a long time (unless you like hearing loud noise and watching construction workers and the time-lapse, day by day progress).
