5. oh i also didnt like the fact that they charge 75 cents per call that you make from your room i had heard it wasent good but i like to judge for my self well i guess ill know next time i almost forgot the A/C made alot of noise the window didnt i really didnt mind that much cuz during the day were not there only the heater one did bother me be cause its cold a night.
