1. The smell is horrific, we stayed on the 20th floor & our room smelled like sewer & death, our carpet was so dirty it turned our socks black, the bathroom had mold growing everywhere & the tub was stained yellow, the a/c leaked water all over the carpet, the window was broken & we could not close it.
