1. Fortunately for me, when the valets park your car they note any existing damage and, since the new damage hadn't been marked, the Plaza knew they had caused it.

3. ' The place is in DESPERATE need of work, and maybe the new owners will take care of this, but as for now the carpets are stained and torn, the bathrooms are very small, TVs are old, wallpaper is peeling or ripped, paint is chipped off walls, signage is damaged or missing, etc.
