1. There is constant dirtbike noise on the weekends, all day long.

4. Realizing that the chickens are everywhere on the island, it was really more the loud noise of the a/c and lack of a/c in the rest of the unit that made us unable to stay there.

5. Unfortunately the one 'window unit' (which sits on the floor of the bedroom aiming at one side of the bed) didn't provide nearly enough a/c for the rest of the unit and the noise was truly unbelievable every time it shut on and off.

7. The noise from the adjacent dirt bike track was not an issue for the condos that are located on the water, but might be if you're towards the southeastern part of the property away from the ocean.
