5. The air conditioners did not look bad from the inside but they weren't very reliable (stopped working if you kept them on 'cool' too long), so the should be updated.

6. IT was really bad because i wanted my kids to breath fresh air since we live in the city but instead we ended up having our blacony doors closed due to the guest that smoked on the other units in the D BUILDING.
