As for people that complain about the outside appearence, I also went there expecting a run down place but not until the very end did I even notice that some of the air conditioning shells (I don't know what you call them-the external things that enclosures that cover the A/C - were rusty but they seemed to be behind palm trees and the such and if you are focusing on that instead of the island beauty- whatever.
