1. We stayed in the corner suite; unfortunately, it was on the fourth floor so we could not view the water or Manhattan.

3. unfortunately for us, there was a wedding going on at the time and the shuttle was out picking/dropping other people off, so we asking if they could call for a cab, which they did.

4. unfortunately I was told that I can only make a reservation with the manager in order to redeem the voucher, however it is difficult to make a reservation if you cannot get a hold of the manager.
