1. It would be a perfect hotel if breakfast was included - hard time justifying $17 per person for the breakfast buffet when I can walk down to Cosi and get good coffee and a squagel for the five of us for about what they're charging for one person.

3. Initially the front desk agent was a bit hard to deal, once I spoke to manager everything was Ok.
