1. We've always been on Easter holiday and we never had a problem getting back to Jersey City, even at 3am.

2. Due to a problem with their reservation system our reservations went missing, but Felix figured it out and upgraded both of us to corner rooms with views overlooking the Hudson River into the New York City skyline.

3. The check-in process was quick and the room keys were issued without a problem.

4. Room was the biggest for a 2 double bed, only problem is that we requested a crib for our 2 yo child, they told us at the check-in that one was available, but told us the opposite when we went back to the hotel at 8 pm.

5. The second problem we encountered was Shan we asked for directions on how to get to Liberty Statue Park.

8. The only problems: 1) we were under the impression we could park in a (secured) lot across the street, however due to construction taking place next to the hotel, we were met with a valet ($20).

10. I would expect these types of problems from a cheaper hotel, but not a doubletree.
